How Learning Happens at Studomia
Studomia does not offer courses, or open enrollment experiences.
We host learning experiences designed to observe how learning unfolds, surface insight, and inform decisions about what should be built, supported, or scaled.
The Experiences System
Studomia experiences follow a deliberate sequence.
Learning comes first. Decisions follow.
- Experiences observe learning in context
- Multiple roles participate in the same inquiry
- Evidence is generated before adoption
- Not every experience is active or open
Creative Learning Experiences
(Active)Creative Learning Experiences are inquiry-based learning environments designed to observe learning in practice.
Creative Guild Gatherings
Creative Guild Gatherings are the primary active experience in this phase.
They are designed to surface learning signals, not deliver predefined outcomes.
- •One-time, invitation-based gatherings
- •Inquiry-driven, not speaker-led
- •Multi-role participation by design
- •Learning signal informs what comes next
Leadership Dialogues
Leadership Dialogues are small, facilitated conversations that follow from observed learning signals.
They exist to interpret insights, explore institutional implications, and assess readiness for pilot engagement.
Leadership Dialogues are convened privately and are not listed publicly.
Institutional Pilots
Institutional Pilots are governed learning engagements, not trials of a product.
- •Paid and time-bound
- •Evidence-generating
- •Inform decisions without promising adoption
Labs & Programs
Labs and Programs are not public entry points.
They occur only within pilots or after sufficient learning evidence exists.
They are mentioned here for clarity, not promotion.
Participation in Studomia experiences is invitation based, experience specific, and time-bound.
There is no general membership and no standing community.
